摘　　要：目的:在数据挖掘的辅助下研究周富明在治疗慢性肾炎中的用药经验。方法:收集周富明门诊治疗慢性肾炎3年内运用的处方,然后将所有处方录入在“中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)”中,运用系统中的多种规则分析数据挖掘方法,得出周富明名中医中医药治疗该病的用药规律。结果:对收集到中医传承辅助系统的322个处方进行分析,取得了处方中所有药物使用的频率,再通过结合处方中药物的互相关联,最终得到16个核心组合以及14个新处方。结论:周富明老中医治疗慢性肾炎以健脾益肾、利湿活血为主。Objective:To study Zhou Fuming's medication experience in the treatment of chronic nephritis with the aid of data mining.Methods:We collected the prescriptions used by Zhou Fuming in the outpatient treatment of chronic nephritis within 3 years,and then entered all the prescriptions in the"traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system(V 2.5)",and useed various rules in the system to analyze data mining methods to get a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor Zhou Fuming's law of medication in the treatment of this disease.Results:Analyzing the 322 prescriptions collected from the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system,the frequency of all the drugs in the prescription was obtained,and then through the correlation of the drugs in the prescription,16 core combinations and 14 new prescriptions were finally obtained.Conclusion:Zhou Fuming's traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic nephritis focuses on strengthening the spleen and kidney,promoting dampness and promoting blood circulation.
