摘  要:目的:探讨艾叶洗剂配合新生儿抚触治疗早期新生儿毒性红斑的效果。方法:2017年10月-2018年11月收治新生儿毒性红斑患儿120例,随机分为两组,各60例。试验组采用艾叶洗剂涂擦配合新生儿抚触;对照组常规沐浴更衣。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组毒性红斑消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用艾叶洗剂涂擦配合新生儿抚触治疗新生儿毒性红斑的疗效确切,将经络理论与中医辨证施治相结合,改变以往单一治疗途径,能明显提高总有效率及治愈率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Aiye lotion inunction combined with neonatal touch in the treatment of early neonatal toxic erythema.Methods:From October 2017 to November 2018,120 cases of children with neonatal toxic erythema were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Aiye lotion inunction combined with neonatal touch.The control group was given routine bath and dressing.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The toxic erythema regression time of the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Aiye lotion inunction combined with neonatal touch in the treatment of early neonatal toxic erythema is definite,which can combine the meridian theory with the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,change the single treatment route,and improve the total effective rate and cure rate.
