铁矿企业降本增效的财务对策研究

摘　　要：近年来伴随着供给侧结构性改革的逐步推进,中国铁矿企业已进入发展的新阶段,虽然我国的铁矿石产业取得了巨大的成绩,但企业也面临着一系列挑战。强化成本管理,实现企业的降本增效,是提升铁矿企业长期经济效益的重要途径。文章通过对铁矿企业近几年降本增效工作的研究分析,指出企业采取的一些错误管理方式,并基于财务部门的视角,进一步探究如何采取降本增效的有效手段,以此保证企业的生产效益,实现企业经济效益最大化。In recent years,with the gradual advancement of supply-side structural reform,China's iron ore enterprises have entered a new stage of development.Although China's iron ore industry has made great achievements,but the enterprises are also facing a series of challenges.It is an important way to improve the long-term economic benefit for the iron ore enterprises to strengthen cost management and achieve cost decreasing and benefit increasing.Based on the research and analysis of the cost decreasing and benefit increasing in iron ore enterprises in recent years,this paper points out some wrong management methods adopted by the enterprises,and further explores the effective means of reducing cost and increasing benefit from the perspective of financial departments,so as to ensure the production benefit of enterprises and realize the maximization of economic benefits of enterprises.
