摘　　要：目的:研究早孕期先兆流产诊断中超声联合D-二聚体检测的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2019年1月—2020年1月入院的104例早孕期先兆流产患者,将其设为研究组,同时选取同期入院的78例正常妊娠妇女,将其设为对照组;动态监测并比较两组子宫动脉PI、RI值与血浆D-二聚体、凝血指标(FIB、TT、APTT、PT),并评估超声联合D-二聚体判定先兆流产预后灵敏度。结果:研究组较对照组子宫动脉PI、RI值与血浆D-二聚体水平均更高(P<0.05);两组凝血指标水平无显著差异(P>0.05);超声联合D-二聚体判定先兆流产预后灵敏度显著高于单一判定(P<0.05)。结论:早孕期先兆流产诊断中超声联合D-二聚体检测的应用效果显著,可有效提升诊疗灵敏度,为临床用药提供参考,有利于改善妊娠结局。Objective To study the application effect of ultrasound combined with D-dimer detection in the diagnosis of threatened abortion in early pregnancy.Methods 104 patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study group,and 78 normal pregnant women admitted at the same time were selected as the control group;PI and RI values of uterine artery,plasma D-dimer and coagulation indexes(FIB,TT,APTT,PT)were dynamically monitored and compared between the two groups,and evaluate the sensitivity of ultrasound combined with D-dimer to determine the prognosis of threatened abortion.Results The PI and RI values of uterine artery and plasma D-dimer levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05);there was no significant difference in coagulation index levels between the two groups(P﹥0.05);the sensitivity of ultrasound combined with D-dimer in judging the prognosis of threatened abortion was significantly higher than that of single judgment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The application effect of ultrasound combined with D-dimer detection in the diagnosis of threatened abortion in early pregnancy is significant,which can effectively improve the sensitivity of diagnosis and treatment,provide reference for clinical medication,and improve the pregnancy outcome.
