摘  要:矿用高效超浓缩支架液压液可用于提高支架传动介质性能、降低额定使用浓度以及减少工作废液有机物的排放。简述高效超浓缩支架液压液设计要求,详细介绍多功能酰基氨基酸醇胺盐合成,从金属缓蚀剂复配、抑菌剂筛选、体系储备碱度等方面阐述辅助添加剂的有关研究,并结合产品制备进行性能评测及台架试验。结果表明:以合成的环境友好多功能水基添加剂月桂酰基谷氨酸醇胺盐为主添加剂,复配防锈剂癸二酸盐、醇胺pH值调节剂、BK抑菌剂、以水作为载体调和反应制得矿用高效超浓缩支架液压液,其理化性能指标均符合煤炭行业标准技术要求,防锈性、润滑性能、耐硬水性能、生物降解性及密封材料适应性均佳,使用浓度仅需2%。传动介质的千斤顶台架试验显示,超浓缩液压液工作液稳定且与密封件匹配度高,对设备无锈蚀,具有较好的实际应用性能。The hydraulic fluid of high efficiency super concentrated support can be used to improve the transmission medium performance,to reduce the rated use concentration and reduce the discharge of organic matter in wasted liquid.The design requirements of high efficiency super concentrated support hydraulic fluid were introduced,the synthesis of multifunctional acyl amino acid alcohol amine salt were introduced as well.This research of auxiliary additives was described from the compounds of the metal corrosion inhibitor,the selection of bacteriostatic agent,system reserve alkalinity and so on,and combined with the production preparation,performance evaluation and bench test were done.The results show that the high efficiency super concentrated support hydraulic fluid for mining is prepared by using the synthetic environment-friendly multi-functional water-based additive lauryl glutamate alkylamine salt as the main additive,combining with anti-rust agent sebacate,alkamine pH regulator,BK bacteriostatic agent,and water is the carrier.Its physical and chemical properties can meet the technical requirements of coal industry standard,the rust resistance,lubrication performance,hard water resistance,biodegradability and sealing material adaptability all perform well,and the use concentration is only 2%.The jack bench test of the transmission medium shows that the high-efficiency ultra concentrated support hydraulic fluid is stable during working,and it has a high matching degree with the seals,it also has no corrosion to the equipment,therefore,the high-efficiency super-concentrated hydraulic fluid has good practical application performance.
