摘 要:为解决国道207跨河桥梁跨越虎度河、松东河、苏支河3条河流时,河堤上不容许搭设支架施工困难的问题,文中以56 m简支钢-混组合梁为研究对象,采用midas Civi软件建立有限元分析模型,对施工及成桥阶段受力、施工工期、结构经济性及对环境的影响等方面进行分析。结果表明,采用顶推法施工简支钢-混组合梁方案,各施工及成桥阶段结构受力均能满足规范相关要求,能较好地解决河堤禁止搭设支架,施工困难的问题,满足堤防要求,对周边环境影响小,同时工程造价较原设计有所降低,且施工工期与原方案基本相当。In order to solve the constructional problemthat it is not allowed to set up supports when national highway 207 crosses Hudu River,Songdong River and Suzhi River,taking as imply supported steel-concrete composite beam with span of 56 m as the research object,Midas civil software is used to establish the finite element analysis model,and the mechanical performance of the structure in constructionand completed bridge stages,construction period,structural economy and the impact on the environment are analyzed.The results show that the simply supported steel-concrete composite girders constructed by incremental launching method can meet the stress requirements at all construction and bridge completion stages,It can better solve the problem of construction difficulty of forbidding the erection of supports upon river,It also meets the requirements of embankment and has little impact on the surrounding environment,At the same time,the project cost is lower than the original design,and the construction period is basically the same as the original plan.
