基于阶段判别的公共交通发展模式研究——以防城港市为例

摘　　要：城市公共交通发展模式决定了公共交通管理效率、公共交通服务水平等,为促进城市公共交通快速健康发展,文中针对不同公共交通发展阶段,选择合理高效的发展模式。以广西壮族自治区防城港市为例,通过对其公共交通现状问题的研判,确定防城港市公共交通发展处于第一阶段,并针对此阶段公共交通发展的主要症结提出防城港市公共交通发展运营模式与管理模式,合理制定近中远期发展目标,有效提升公共交通服务质量,保障城市可持续发展战略的有效落实。The development pattern of urban public transport determines its management efficiency and service quality.To ensure the rapid and steady development of urban public transport,a reasonable and efficient pattern is utilized based on different stage of public transport.Taking Fangchenggang City in Guangxi province as an example,its development status of public transportation,which is determined as in the first stage,is investigated through the research and judgment of its urban public transport.Then based on the main crux of public transportation development under this stage,the operation and management pattern was put forward to improve the service quality of public transport,thus ensuring effective implementation of the sustainable development strategy.
