摘　　要：为掌握四川规模化养兔场球虫感染情况,本研究采用麦氏虫卵计数法和PCR方法对四川东、西、南、北及成都附近15个规模化养兔场共450份粪样进行了检测。结果表明,四川规模兔场兔球虫总感染率为71.11%,流行种类达9种,其中巨型艾美耳球虫、中型艾美耳球虫和黄艾美耳球虫场阳性率分别达100%、93.33%和93.33%,其次为穿孔艾美耳球虫73.33%、无残艾美耳球虫60%、斯氏艾美耳球虫46.66%、盲肠艾美耳球虫46.66%、梨形艾美耳球虫40%和小型艾美耳球虫26.67%;1~3月龄幼兔球虫感染率和感染程度明显高于4~6月龄商品兔和6月龄以上种兔,感染率达96%,平均OPG为14913。研究表明,四川规模兔场球虫感染率高,需加强对1~3月龄幼兔的球虫防控。In order to understand the infection of coccidia on large-scale rabbit farms in Sichuan,a total of 450 fecal samples were collected from 15 large-scale rabbit farms located in the east,south,west,north of Sichuan and Chengdu and tested using McMaster’s eggs counting method and PCR method.The results showed that the total infection rate of coccidia on large-scale rabbit farms in Sichuan was 71.11%with 9 endemic species including Eimeria magna(100%),Eimeria media(93.33%),Eimeria fl avescens(93.33%),Eimeria perforans(73.33%),Eimeria irresidua(60%),Eimeria stiedai(46.66%),Eimeria coecicola(46.66%),Eimeria piriformis(40%)and Eimeria exigua(26.67%).The coccidia infection rate was 96%and intensity was average OPG of 14913 in 1-3-month-old young rabbits,which were signifi cantly higher than those of 4-6 month old commercial rabbits and 6 month old or older rabbits.In conclusion,the coccidia infection was prevalent on large-scale rabbit farms in Sichuan is high,suggesting importance for the prevention and control of coccidiosis for 1-3-month-old rabbits.
