摘  要:随着民航业的高速发展,当前机场值机存在旅客排队拥堵、等待时间较长现象,严重影响旅客值机效率,降低机场服务满意度。针对该问题,基于蒙特卡洛仿真原理,以某机场为例结合现场数据调查,确定旅客到达和柜台服务时间所服从分布方式,并求解其数学期望,建立参数化仿真模型。通过排队论得到系统稳态下的最小值机柜台开放数量,针对不同值机柜台开放数量进行仿真实验,实验结果表明,开放最佳值机柜台数量时,值机排队时间降低68%。研究表明,合理配置资源,能够在保证旅客服务满意度的同时,获得更小的单位时间总成本。With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,current airport check-in queues are congested with passengers and long waiting times,which seriously affects passenger check-in efficiency and reduces airport service satisfaction.In response to this problem,based on the Monte Carlo simulation principle,taking an airport as an example,combined with on-site data investigation,the distribution mode of passenger arrival and counter service time is determined,and its mathematical expectation is solved,and a parameterized simulation model is established.According to the queuing theory,the minimum number of check-in counter openings under the steady state of the system is obtained.Simulation experiments are carried out for different check-in counter openings.The experimental results show that when the optimal number of check-in counters is opened,the check-in queuing time is reduced by 68%.Reasonable resource allocation can ensure passenger service satisfaction while obtaining a smaller total cost per unit time.
