摘  要:为配合秦一厂320 MW机组汽轮机增容改造的实施,需要建立试验专用的测试系统来验证增容改造后机组性能提升的效果。基于ASME PTC6—2004和GB/T 8117.3—2014规范及标准的基本要求和方法,对汽轮机增容改造后热力性能试验的过程和结果进行了分析与讨论。结果表明,改造后机组功率、汽轮机热耗率和发电热效率等指标全面优于设计值或保证值,机组整体性能提升较为明显,达到了改造的预期目标。试验研究过程所得经验和方法对于今后核电机组增容改造的实施具有示范和借鉴意义。In order to cooperate with the power raising project for the 320 MW steam turbine of Qinshan NPP,it is necessary to establish the independent test system to verify the effects of performance improvement of the project.Based on the basic requirements and methods of the codes of ASME PTC6-2004 and GB/T 8117.3—2014,the process and results of the thermal performance test after power raising of the steam turbine were analyzed and discussed.The results showed that the indexes such as the unit power,heat consumption rate of steam turbine,and the thermal efficiency of power generation were better than the design values or guarantee ones in an all-round way,where the overall performance of the unit was significantly improved,and the expected goal of the reformation was achieved.Some experiences and methods obtained in the process of the test can have some demonstration and referential significance for the follow-up power raising projects.
