摘  要:为分析汽轮机低压末级动叶叶根在加工制造过程中产生的加工超差问题,通过采用有限元建模与计算分析,开展了齿面接触应力评估、叶根强度影响分析、轮槽应力分布影响和叶根界面应力安全考核计算,并在实际超速状态下实测验证了转子的振动特性。研究结果表明:由于加工制造产生的尺寸超差对于动叶和轮槽的影响有限,未对叶根应力的最终安全考核结果产生影响。同时叶片的静频测量和转子超速动平衡结果进一步表明,叶片叶根加工超差未对低压转子的临界转速和正常运转构成影响,满足机组安全稳定运行的总体要求。因此,本研究建立的分析方法能够用于汽轮机低压末级动叶叶根加工超差的评估。The transient finite element analysis is implemented for different procedures,stress analysis of tooth contact surface,influence analysis of blade root strength,influence analysis of groove stress distribution and stress analysis of blade root interface were carried out.The results show that the overshoot produced by machining has little effect on the blade and groove,and does not affect the final root stress assessment results.Combined with the results of static frequency measurement and rotor dynamic balance,the blade root overshoot studied does not affect the normal operation of the LP rotor,and meets the overall goal and technical requirements of the safe and stable operation of the power plant.Thus,the prediction method used in this project can be used in the evaluation of machining over-tolerance of turbine last stage movable blade roots.
