摘  要:秦一厂取样系统气动截止阀在开关过程中存在卡涩故障,导致阀门开不到位、内漏、甚至阀芯与阀杆拉脱的缺陷发生。本文通过对阀门零件尺寸测量分析、关键零件应力分析、模拟试验、工装设计,找到卡涩故障产生的根本原因,并制定有针对性的处理方案及防范措施,彻底解决阀门卡涩故障,提高阀门运行可靠性。The pneumatic globe valve jam failure in the process of switching of the sampling system of Qinshan I,which leads to the defects of valve opening not in place,internal leakage,and even the valve core and stem pulling off.This article found the root cause of the jam fault through the valve part size measurement and analysis,key part stress analysis,simulation test,and tooling design,,and developed the targeted treatment plan and preventive measures,thoroughly solved the valve jam fault,and improved the valve operation reliability.
