摘  要:秦山核电厂在第十八次换料大修期间实施了主控室更新项目,在改造期间原主控盘台无法实现设计功能,但部分设备仍需保持运行或备用状态,以保障乏燃料池冷却安全、电厂供电安全及消防安全,以及需要保障电厂操纵员对机组的有效监控。经过多方论证与沟通,改造期间设置了以临时控制室为依托的最小系统。本文对最小系统的筛选过程、设计实现、调试及应用进行了系统性阐述,可供后续其他电厂实施类似改造项目以参考。The main control room updating project was implemented in Qinshan NPP during the eighteenth refueling outage.During the upgrading,the original main control panel could not achieve the design function,but some equipment still needed to be kept in operation or in a standby state to ensure the safety of the pool cooling,power supply safety and fire safety,as well as the need to ensure the effective monitoring of the unit by the operator of the power plant,have been demonstrated and communicated through various parties.After multi-party demonstration and communication,a minimum system based on a temporary control room was set up during the upgrading period.This article systematically describes the screening process,design implementation,commissioning and application of the minimum system,which can be used as a reference for other similar power plants to implement similar retrofit projects.
