摘 要:采用非均相电Fenton处理老龄垃圾渗滤液,制备多壁碳纳米管负载纳米零价铁(MWCNT-NZVI)作为催化剂.考察了催化剂用量、初始pH、电压值及H_(2)O_(2)浓度对处理效果的影响,并与均相电Fenton处理效果进行对比.结果显示:在最佳条件下,催化剂用量为3.0 g/L、初始pH为2.0、电压值为4.0 V、H_(2)O_(2)浓度为1.6 mol/L时,非均相电Fenton对老龄垃圾渗滤液TOC去除率为87.3%,处理后垃圾渗滤液的可生化性从0.09提高到0.45,而均相电Fenton在最佳条件下TOC去除率仅为68.2%.MWCNT-NZVI非均相电Fenton处理可显著提升老龄垃圾渗滤液的可生化性和TOC去除率,并减少催化剂用量.Multi-walled carbon nanotubes with nano zero-valent iron(MWCNT-NZVI)were prepared as catalysts to investigate the treatment of mature landfill leachate by heterogeneous electro-Fenton method.The effects of catalyst dosage,pH,voltage value,and H_(2)O_(2) concentration on the treatment efficiency were investigated and compared with those of homogeneous electro-Fenton treatment.The results showed that under the optimum conditions the removal rate of TOC could achieve 87.3%at catalyst dosage of 3.0 g/L,pH value of 2.0,voltage value of 4.0 V,H_(2)O_(2) concentration of 1.6 mol/L.Meanwhile,the BOD/COD value of the treated landfill leachate increased from 0.09 to 0.45.The TOC removal rate was only 68.2%after the homogeneous electro-Fenton treatment.The biodegradability of the treated landfill leachate could be improved after heterogeneous electro-Fenton treatment using MWCNT-NZVI as a catalyst with high TOC removal efficiency and less catalyst dosage.
