探讨过敏性结膜炎的中医治疗

摘　　要：过敏性结膜炎(AC)的中医治疗应以辨病为主,病证结合,中西互参。本病多由风邪所致,可从风论治,主方为驱风一字散。若有表证者,应先解表。感受风寒表邪者,则应发散风寒;感受风热表邪者,应疏风清热。针对临床上常见的鼻结膜炎,属久病不愈、迁延反复,寒邪入里、表里俱病者,应辨证使用麻黄附子细辛汤。无表证者,应在祛风的基础上,审视其他病因,调整治法,具体包括祛风泻火、祛风除湿、祛风养血、祛风扶正四类。另外,本病季节性明显,中医可根据天人相应的理论,在处方中体现疏肝、清心、敛肺、补肾的治法。最后,可采用中西医结合的方式以增加疗效,常用西医治疗手段包括抗过敏、变应原免疫治疗及其他药物治疗。The TCM treatment of allergic conjunctivitis should focus on disease differentiation,combining disease and syndrome,and integration of Chinese and Western medicine.This disease is mostly caused by wind,which can be treated by wind,and the main prescription is"Qufeng Yizi powder".If there is evidence,we should first treat it.Those who suffered wind-cold manifestation of evil and should radiate wind and cold;Those who suffered wind-heat and manifestation of evil and should expel wind and clear away heat.In view of the clinical common patients with nasal conjunctivitis,long-term unhealed,protracted repeatedly,cold evil into the interior,both exterior and interior disease,should use Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction.Those who have no superficies syndrome should examine other causes and adjust treatment methods on the basis of expelling wind,including four types of treatment methods:dispelling wind and purging fire,dispelling wind and dampness,dispelling wind and nourishing blood,and dispelling wind and strengthening body.In addition,the disease is seasonal.According to the corresponding theories of nature and humans,Chinese medicine can reflect the treatment of soothing the liver,clearing the heart,restraining the lungs and strengthening the kidney in the prescription.Finally,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can be used to increase the curative effect.Commonly used western medicine treatment methods include anti-allergy and other drug treatment,allergen immunotherapy.
