活血通络法治疗缺血性眼病的临床和实验研究进展

摘　　要：缺血性眼病是各种原因引起眼组织缺血、缺氧性病变而导致的眼部缺血性疾病,该类疾病临床范围广,不仅严重影响患者视力,还给社会和家庭造成沉重负担。本文基于中医学和现代医学研究进展相结合,阐述中医理论对缺血性眼病的病因病机认识,并深入分析活血通络法在缺血性眼病治疗中的应用及其对血液流变学和微循环、氧化应激和炎症反应、视网膜水液代谢以及谷氨酸代谢的影响,为临床治疗提供依据和参考。Ischemic ophthalmopathy(IOP)is a kind of ischemic eye disease caused by ischemia and hypoxic lesions of eye tissues.This kind of disease has a wide clinical range,which not only seriously affects the vision of patients,but also causes a heavy burden on society and family.Based on the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine research progress,this study elaborated the etiology and pathogenesis of IOP,and deeply analyzed the application of blood-activating and collateralizing method in IOP treatment and its influence on hemorheology,microcirculation,oxidative stress,inflammation,retinal fluid metabolism and glutamate metabolism,so as to provide basis and reference for clinical treatment.
