黄连及其复方在眼科临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：黄连是临床中常用的一味中药,化学成分多样,目前已分离出44种生物碱,其中小檗碱是含量最高的化合物。黄连中所含的有效成分可通过不同途径发挥抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节、抗氧化作用,随着人们对黄连药理作用的深入研究,黄连及其复方在眼睑、泪囊、结膜、角膜、视网膜和黄斑等眼部病变中均得到应用。常用的复方包括以黄连为君药的黄连解毒汤、黄连温胆汤,以及以黄连配伍的大黄黄连泻心汤、普济消毒饮、黄连羊肝丸、交泰丸、乌梅丸等。本文归纳黄连及其复方在眼科中的应用进展及前景,以期为今后的眼科临床治疗提供新思路。Rhizoma Coptidis is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine commonly used in clinical practice.The chemical components of Rhizoma Coptidis are diverse.At present,44 alkaloids have been isolated from Rhizoma Coptidis.Among them,berberine is the highest content compound.The effective ingredients contained in Rhizoma Coptidis can exert anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-viral,immune regulation,and anti-oxidation effects through different ways.With progress of further research on the pharmacological effects of Rhizoma Coptidis,Rhizoma Coptidis and its compound have been applied to diseases of the eyelids,lacrimal sac,conjunctiva,cornea,retina,and macula.Commonly used compound prescriptions include Huanglian Jiedu decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction,which use Coptidis as the key herb,and Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction,Puji Xiaodu drink,Huanglian Yanggan pill,Jiaotai pill,Wumei pill,etc.This article summarizes the application and prospects of Rhizoma Coptidis and its compound in ophthalmology,in order to provide new ideas for future ophthalmology clinical treatment.
