摘　　要：葡萄膜炎是一种以危及视力的眼内炎症为特征的疾病,而前葡萄膜炎是葡萄膜炎中最为常见的类型,现代医学多以抗炎和散瞳药物治疗,可快速控制症状,但尚存治疗不彻底,停药后易复发、久用疗效降低等问题。中医药以病证结合、标本兼治为特点,临床采用中药辨证论治,通过调节人体气血、阴阳、脏腑功能,解决前葡萄膜炎发展不同阶段所表现出来的问题,在提高整体疗效、改善患者体质、降低复发率、提高患者生活质量等方面具有一定优势。因此,本文就近年来中医药治疗前葡萄膜炎的优势及特色做探讨与分析。Uveitis is a kind of disease characterized by intraocular inflammation which treatens the vision,and anterior uveitis is the most common type of uveitis.In modern medicine,anti-inflammatory and mydriatics drugs can quickly alleviate the symptoms,but there are still some problems such as incomplete treatment,easy recurrence after drug withdrawal,and reduced efficacy after long-term use,and so on.Traditional Chinese Medicine is characterized by the combination of disease and syndrome and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,which adopts syndrome differentiation and treatment.It can solve the problems in different stages of anterior uveitis by regulating the functions of qi and blood,yin and yang,and viscera.It has some outstanding advantages in improving the overall curative effect and the patient's constitution,reducing the recurrence rate,and improving the patients'quality of life.Therefore,this paper discusses and analyzes the advantages and characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the treatment of anterior uveitis in recent years.
