摘　　要：目的分析隐匿性阴茎行改良阴茎松解术治疗的效果。方法52例隐匿性阴茎患儿,根据手术方法不同分为参照组和研究组,每组26例。参照组患儿行传统Devine手术治疗,研究组患儿行改良阴茎松解术治疗。比较两组患儿的手术疗效及手术前后的阴茎长度。结果研究组患儿手术总有效率为100.00%(26/26),显著高于参照组的84.62%(22/26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组患儿的阴茎长度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,两组患儿阴茎长度均较本组手术前延长,且研究组患儿阴茎长度(4.38±0.21)cm长于参照组的(3.32±0.16)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对隐匿性阴茎患儿行改良阴茎松解术治疗效果显著,可有效延长患儿阴茎长度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of modified penile release on hidden penis.Methods A total of 52 children with hidden penis were divided into reference group and research group according to different surgical methods,with 26 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional Devine surgery,and the research group was treated with modified penile release.The surgical efficacy and length of the penis before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 100.00%(26/26),which was significantly higher than 84.62%(22/26)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in length of the penis between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the length of the penis of the two groups were longer than those before surgery,and the length of the penis(4.38±0.21)cm of the research group was longer than(3.32±0.16)cm of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified penile release has significantly effect on children with hidden penis,and it can effectively increase the length of the penis in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
