红细胞渗透脆性试验联合G6PD检测在诊断新生儿黄疸中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨红细胞渗透脆性试验联合葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)检测在新生儿黄疸诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取50例黄疸新生儿作为观察组,同期50例健康新生儿作为对照组。检测并比较两组红细胞渗透脆性和G6PD活性水平,比较两组红细胞渗透脆性阳性和G6PD缺乏阳性发生情况。结果观察组红细胞渗透脆性和G6PD活性水平分别为(61.74±14.59)%、(9.54±1.36)U/g,均明显低于对照组的(80.84±12.36)%、(18.57±1.84)U/g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组红细胞渗透脆性阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组G6PD缺乏阳性率为8.00%高于对照组的0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿黄疸中存在少数G6PD缺乏和红细胞渗透脆性试验阳性患儿,针对此类患儿应及时明确诊断并采取正规有效干预,以便提高患儿的成功救治率。Objective To discuss the clinical value of erythrocyte osmotic fragility test combined with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)detection in the diagnosis of neonatal jaundice.Methods There were 50 cases of neonatal jaundice selected as the observation group,50 cases of healthy newborns in the same period as the control group.The erythrocyte osmotic fragility and G6PD activity level of the two groups were detected and compared,and the positive rate of erythrocyte osmotic fragility and G6PD deficiency were compared.Results The erythrocyte osmotic fragility and G6PD activity level of the observation group were(61.74±14.59)% and(9.54±1.36)U/g,which were obviously lower than(80.84±12.36)% and(18.57±1.84)U/g of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in positive rate of erythrocyte osmotic fragility between the two groups(P>0.05).The positive rate of G6PD deficiency of the observation group was 8.00%,which was higher than 0 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are a few neonatal jaundice children with G6PD deficiency and positive erythrocyte osmotic fragility test.In order to improve the successful rescue rate,the children should be diagnosed in time and take regular and effective intervention.
