支撑喉镜喉内镜下和纤维喉镜下声带息肉摘除术对声带息肉的治疗效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究支撑喉镜喉内镜下和纤维喉镜下声带息肉摘除术对声带息肉的有效性。方法52例声带息肉患者,采用红蓝双色记号笔进行数列(1~26)分布,根据颜色不同分为试验A组(蓝色)和试验B组(红色),每组26例。试验A组患者行纤维喉镜下声带息肉摘除术,试验B组患者行支撑喉镜喉内镜下声带息肉摘除术。比较两组手术时间、嗓音恢复时间、术后不良转归(息肉残留、黏膜损伤、接触性肉芽等)发生情况。结果试验B组患者手术时间(30.85±2.84)min、嗓音恢复时间(4.07±0.67)d均短于试验A组的(42.65±3.25)min、(8.51±0.98)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验B组患者术后不良转归发生率为3.85%(1/26),低于试验A组患者的23.08%(6/26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜喉内镜、纤维喉镜在声带息肉摘除术中均具有一定应用价值,支撑喉镜喉内镜下声带息肉摘除术安全性更佳,可在临床深化研究及推广。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of self-retaining laryngoscope and fibrolaryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods A total of 52 patients with vocal cord polyps were distributed in a series(1-26)with red and blue color markers.According to different colors,they were divided into experimental group A(blue)and experimental group B(red),with 26 cases in each group.Patients in experimental group A underwent vocal cord polyp extraction under fiber laryngoscope,and patients in experimental group B underwent vocal cord polyp extraction under self-retaining laryngoscope.The operation time,voice recovery time,postoperative adverse outcomes(residual polyps,mucosal damage,contact granulation)were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(30.85±2.84)min and voice recovery time(4.07±0.67)d of the experimental group B were shorter than(42.65±3.25)min and(8.51±0.98)d of the experimental group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse outcomes of the experimental group B was 3.85%(1/26),which was lower than 23.08%(6/26)of the experimetnal group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both self-retaining laryngoscope and fibrolaryngoscope have certain practical value in vocal cord polyp extirpation,but self-retaining laryngoscope has higher safety.It can be further studied and popularized in clinic.
