沙格列汀片联合替米沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究沙格列汀片联合替米沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法84例2型糖尿病早期糖尿病肾病患者,根据住院号单双数分为对照组(单数)和试验组(双数),每组42例。对照组患者行替米沙坦片治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合沙格列汀片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后肾功能指标、炎性指标、血糖指标水平。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率95.24%高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血尿素氮、血尿素、血肌酐、超敏C反应蛋白水平均较本组治疗前降低,且试验组患者均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均较本组治疗前降低,且试验组患者空腹血糖(6.29±0.88)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.29±1.24)mmol/L低于对照组的(7.15±0.95)、(10.08±1.38)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病早期糖尿病肾病患者中应用替米沙坦片联合沙格列汀治疗疗效显著,可有效降低血糖水平、炎性反应,改善肾功能,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of saxagliptin tablets and telmisartan tablets in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 84 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into control group(odd number)and experimental group(even number)according to the odd-even number of the hospitalization number,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with telmisartan tablets,and the experimental group was treated with saxagliptin tablets based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,renal function indicators,inflammatory indicators and blood glucose indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.24% of the experimental group was higher than 78.57% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,blood urea,blood creatinine,high sensitivity C-reactive protein of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the fasting blood glucose(6.29±0.88)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(9.29±1.24)mmol/L of the experimental group were lower than(7.15±0.95)and(10.08±1.38)mmol/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of telmisartan tablets and saxagliptin tablets has significant efficacy on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with early diabetic nephropathy,and it can effectively lower the blood glucose,inflammatory reactions,and improve the renal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
