摘  要:基于C/S(客户端/服务器)的理念,对电火花线切割系统进行设计。以WinCE和Linux分别作为客户端和服务器端运行环境。客户端是独立运行在WinCE系统上的线切割软件,对其从CAD/CAM功能设计,用于实现线切割建模和自动编程;服务器用于对客户端的用户数据请求和工艺加工数据请求的响应,对其并发性和数据库连接进行设计,提高了多客户端请求的响应性能。利用此架构有助于充分发辉WinCE系统和Linux系统各自的优点,为深度学习,机器学习框架在线切割上的应用作出铺垫。Based on the concept of C/S(client/server),the wire cutting system is designed.WinCE and Linux are used as client and server running environments respectively.The client is a wire-cutting software which runs independently on WinCE system.It is designed from CAD/CAM function to realize wire-cutting modeling and automatic programming.The server is used to respond to the client's user data request and process data request,and its concurrency and database connection are designed to improve the response performance of multi-client requests.Using this framework is helpful to fully exploit the respective advantages of WinCE system and Linux system,and pave the way for the application of deep learning and machine learning framework in wire cutting.
