摘 要:三螺杆泵在工作中产生的高温流体会导致螺杆转子产生形变,针对这一问题,对不同工况下螺杆转子的变形和应力进行了研究。基于有限体积法数值求解了N-S方程,得到了螺杆泵的温度场,通过对比模拟数据与实验数据确保了流场求解的准确性;采用了CFD/CSD耦合求解技术,将温度场数值插值到转子的结构网格上,以作为转子热分析的外载荷,进而通过求解螺杆转子结构的静平衡方程得到了转子的位移场和应力场;最后分析了螺杆泵产生的温度场对螺杆转子变形和应力的影响规律。研究结果表明:螺杆泵出口位置温度较大,进口位置温度较低;随出口压力的增大,主从螺杆转子的最大变形和最大应力都逐渐增大;从螺杆泵的进口到出口,随着转子轴向长度的增加,主从动转子的变形逐渐增大。Aiming at the problem of the deformation of the screw rotor caused by the high temperature fluid generated in the operation of the three-screw pump,the deformation and stress of the screw rotor under different working conditions were studied.The temperature field of the screw pump was obtained by numerically solving the N-S equation based on the finite volume method.The accuracy of the flow field solution was ensured by comparing the simulation data with the experimental data.The CFD/CSD coupling solution technology was used to interpolate the temperature field value to the structural grid of the rotor.Taking the temperature field as the external load of the rotor thermal analysis,the static balance equation of the screw rotor structure was solved to obtain the displacement field and stress field of the rotor.Finally,the influence law of the temperature field generated by the screw pump on the deformation and stress of the screw rotor was analyzed.The research results show that the temperature at the outlet of the screw pump is higher,and the temperature at the inlet is lower.With the increase of outlet pressure,the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the master-slave screw rotor gradually increase.From the inlet to the outlet of the screw pump,the deformation of the driving and driven rotors gradually increases with the increase of axial length of the rotor.
