摘 要:钢筋套筒灌浆时易产生小尺寸缺陷,一般不超过50 mm,为了提高更小尺寸缺陷检测的检出率,本研究选用超声对测法,采用NM-4A非金属超声波检测仪,通过250 kHz高频A10 mm换能器对有混凝土包裹灌浆套筒内的15 mm×15 mm×20 mm和5 mm×5 mm×20 mm两种空洞缺陷进行超声检测,先用概率法分析判断缺陷位置,再增加波形分析补充判断漏判缺陷位置.研究结果表明:这种综合分析法能提高灌浆套筒内一定尺寸范围内缺陷的检出率,对其中的12个15 mm×15 mm×20 mm空洞缺陷能有效判断出10个;不能判断出5 mm×5 mm×20 mm空洞缺陷.Small size defects,generally no more than 50mm,were easy to be generated when the steel sleeve was grouted.Smaller size defect detection rate was improved,the defects in steel tube grouting with concrete were characterized and analyzed with ultrasonic alignment method.NM-4A non-metal ultrasonic detector was used to detect the hole defects of 15 mm×15 mm×20 mm and 5 mm×5 mm×20 mm in steel tube grouting by 250 kHz ultrasonic transducer.Probability method and waveform analysis were used to determine the location and size of the hole defects in steel tube grouting.It is found that the detection rate of within a certain size defects in the grouting sleeve can be improved by this comprehensive analysis method.Among the 12 measuring points of 15 mm×15 mm×20 mm hole defects,10 measuring points can be effectively judged.Measuring points of the 5 mm×5 mm×20 mm hole defects cannot be determined.
