摘 要:为了提高敏感医疗数据的安全性,进行敏感医疗数据的加密和隐私保护处理,提出基于混沌映射的公共信道敏感医疗数据保护方法。构建公共信道敏感医疗数据的加密密钥,采用Logistics混沌映射进行公共信道敏感医疗数据加密过程中的相空间结构重组。在重构的相空间中进行公共信道敏感医疗数据的时序和结构重排,建立公共信道敏感医疗数据的加密和解密协议。结合混沌映射和向量量化方法设计公共信道敏感医疗数据加密过程中的空间信息融合和编码,根据编码结果实现对公共信道敏感医疗数据的自适应隐私保护。仿真实验结果表明,采用该方法进行公共信道敏感医疗数据保护的加密性较好,在100-600用户量的情况下,生成密钥时间低于50 s,提高了公共信道敏感医疗数据的安全性和保护能力。In order to improve the security of sensitive medical data,encryption and privacy protection of sensitive medical data are carried out.The encryption key of public channel sensitive medical data is constructed,and the phase space structure of public channel sensitive medical data is reconstructed by using Logistic chaotic mapping.In the reconstructed phase space,the time sequence and structure of the public channel sensitive medical data are rearranged,and the encryption and decryption protocols of the public channel sensitive medical data are established.The spatial information fusion and coding in the process of public channel sensitive medical data encryption are designed by combining chaos mapping and vector quantization,and the adaptive privacy protection of public channel sensitive medical data is realized according to the coding results.The simulation results show that the encryption of public channel sensitive medical data protection with this method is better and the anti-attack ability is stronger,which improves the security and protection ability of public channel sensitive medical data.The simulation results show that in the case of 100~600 users,the encryption of public channel sensitive medical data protection using this method is better,and the key generation time is less than 50 s,which improves the security and protection ability of public channel sensitive medical data.
