摘  要:随着“一带一路”倡议从愿景变为现实,中国与沿线国家开展了多领域的合作。本研究以火电行业为例,构建涉及生态、环境、政治等6个维度的评估模型,通过主成分分析法筛选出主要影响因素,进而用熵权法对区位选择进行赋权计算。结果表明,我国对“一带一路”火电投资主要受东道国的产业发展、社会经济和生态环境等12个因子影响,“一带一路”沿线国家可划分为优选、备选、次选、规避投资区位。根据分析结果,本研究围绕绿色投资提出了对策和建议。With the implementation of One Belt and One Road initiative(B&R),China has carried out multi-directional cooperation with B&R countries.In order to improve the green development of thermal power industry,the study based on the latest data,establishing six aspects of index system,including ecological,environmental,political,economic factors and so on.By using principal component analysis(PCA),the study found that 12 key influencing factors of China' thermal power industry outward foreign direct investment,which contains the information of host country's industrial development,local social economy and ecological environment.According to PCA,the paper got the ranking of site location by entropy weight method to evaluate investment location advantages of B&R countries.The B&R countries can be divided into the preferred,alternative,inferior and avoid investment locations.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
