摘 要:我国城市不同地段的居民有着不同的消费特征,所在居住区的建设背景和社会属性也有所差异。以同一性的规划方法处理复杂的现实问题已经不适应现有的发展状况,照搬西方既有的规划模式在文化、经济、社会等诸多方面均有水土不服的脱节现象。本文以天津现存典型案例为研究对象,旨在通过详尽分析和研究,倡导适应性更强的商业设施规划策略,以期对居住区规划方法的创新性突破有所裨益。The residents in different urban areas have different consumption characteristics,and the construction background and social attributes of the residential areas are also different.It is not suitable to deal with the complicated practical problems with the planning method of identity.It is not suitable to copy the existing western planning mode in many aspects,such as culture,economy,society and so on.Taking the existing typical cases in Tianjin as the research object,this paper aims to advocate more adaptable commercial facilities planning strategies through detailed analysis and research,in order to benefit the innovative breakthrough of residential planning methods.
