商业综合体室内步行街设计要点探讨——以宁波东部新城银泰城为例

摘　　要：大型商业综合体是各种业态集合的载体,同时也是人们青睐的购物休闲娱乐场所。为满足多样业态的空间要求,室内步行街成为众多商业综合体采用的空间形式。本文以实际投入使用的新建商业综合体项目为例,从水平动线、垂直动线、消防安全3个主要方面对室内步行街空间设计要点进行分析总结,为未来的商业综合体室内步行街空间设计提供参考及借鉴。Large-scale commercial complex is the carrier of various formats,and it is also a popular shopping and leisure place.In order to meet the space requirements of various formats,indoor pedestrian street has become the space form adopted by many commercial complexes.Taking the newly-built commercial complex project put into use as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main points of space design of indoor pedestrian street from three main aspects:horizontal moving line,vertical moving line and fire safety,which provides a reference for future space design of indoor pedestrian street of commercial complex.
