摘 要:针对新工科背景下智能制造人才培养面临的问题,该文探索了地方高校智能制造人才培养改革途径。面向产业发展需求,以成果产出为导向,优化智能制造人才培养体系;通过深入推进产教融合,构建全新的智能制造人才培养模式;以高校教师与企业人才双向交流为核心,搭建校企合作可持续发展平台。实践证明,优化后的培养体系认同度较高,培养模式创新成效显著,人才双向交流长效机制健全,较好地提升了区域智能制造技术人才的培养质量。In view of the problems faced by the training of intelligent manufacturing talents under the background of new engineering,this paper explores the ways to reform the training of intelligent manufacturing talents in local colleges and universities.Facing the demand of industry development,the training system of intelligent manufacturing talents is optimized on the basis of the outcome-based education and the new training mode is constructed by promoting industry-education integration.Based on the two-way communication between teachers and enterprise personnel,a sustainable development platform is built.The practice has proved that the optimized training system has a high degree of identity,the innovation effect of the training mode is remarkable,the long-term mechanism of the two-way communication is sound,and the training quality of the regional intelligent manufacturing technology talents is better improved.
