摘  要:针对传统减压浓缩装置能耗高、丹酚酸B受热分解,而膜中试设备由于药液体积需求大、转移率低等现实问题无法用于实验教学等弊端,设计了一种纳滤膜分离教学装置,通过简化管道和压力系统,降低了药液需求体积,简化了实验操作要求;增加双向流速阀,在调节跨膜压力差的同时,利于残留药液和水液外排,减少了纯化水清洗用量;系统整合设计,减少了水电交叉,保障了安全性;通过与虚拟仿真教学软件结合,提升了装置可操作性。采用该装置进行了丹参提取液浓缩,实验数据表明,该装置克服了丹酚酸B转移率低的技术难题,保持了膜中试设备的特点和功能,简化了操作,降低了能耗,提升了安全性,值得在高校推广使用。In view of the high energy consumption of the traditional vacuum concentration device,the thermal decomposition of salvianolic acid B,and the practical problems of the membrane pilot test equipment,such as the large demand of the liquid volume and low transfer rate,which can’t be used in the experimental teaching,a nanofiltration membrane separation teaching device is designed.By simplifying the pipeline and pressure system,the required volume of liquid medicine is reduced,and the experimental operation requirements are simplified.The addition of a two-way flow valve can regulate the transmembrane pressure difference,facilitate the discharge of residual liquid and water,and reduce the amount of purified water cleaning.The design of the system integration reduces the water and electricity cross and ensures the safety and in combination with the virtual simulation teaching software,the operability of the device is improved.The experimental data show that the nanofiltration membrane separation device overcomes the technical problem of low transfer rate of salvianolic acid B,maintains the characteristics and functions of the membrane pilot equipment,simplifies the operation,reduces the energy consumption and improves the safety,which is worthy of popularization and application in colleges and universities.
