摘  要:随着全球化的不断发展,中外之间的文化交流日益增多,汉语国际推广和文化传播事业蒸蒸日上。然而,中外之间存在的文化差异使得国际汉语教师志愿者在跨文化适应上面临重重障碍。因此,必须着眼于中西之间的文化差异,厘清国际汉语教师志愿者跨文化适应的各种障碍,剖析其在认知、情感、行为三个层面的表现,从而破除跨文化交际的障碍,推进国际汉语教师志愿者跨文化适应能力的培增及和谐多元化文化关系的构建,进而促进中外语言合作交流,促成人类命运共同体意识植根于中西各国居民心底。With the continuous development of globalization,cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries are increasing,and the international promotion of Chinese and cultural communication are flourishing.However,the cultural differences between China and foreign countries make international Chinese teacher volunteers face numerous obstacles in cross-cultural adaptation.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the cultural differences between China and the West,clarify the various obstacles to the international Chinese teacher volunteers'cross-cultural adaptation,analyze their performance in the three levels of cognition,emotion,and behavior,so as to break the barriers of cross-cultural communication,promote cultivation of international Chinese teacher volunteers'cross-cultural adaptability and the construction of harmonious and diversified cultural relationships,enhance language cooperation and exchanges between China and foreign countries,and strengthen a sense of community with a shared future for mankind rooted in the hearts of Chinese and Western residents.
