摘 要:为了改善细菌对含砷铜矿的浸出效果,考察了添加Ag^(+)对细菌浸矿过程的影响。监测不同Ag^(+)浓度条件下,细菌浸矿过程中的pH值、Eh值的变化和铜、砷浸出率,并对浸出渣进行X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析。研究结果表明:在pH值为1.8,Fe^(2+)浓度为0.5 g/L,Ag、浓度为5 mg/L的条件下,含砷铜矿浸出15 d后,铜和砷的浸出率最高,分别为43.83%和6.01%;在Ag^(+)浓度为0-7 mg/L范围内,随着Ag^(+)浓度的增大,浸出渣表面Fe(Ⅲ)-(硫酸盐)、S^(0)和S_n^(2-)的含量逐渐减小,砷酸盐含量变化不大;Ag^(+)的加入可以有效抑制黄钾铁矾、S^(0)和S_n^(2-)等钝化膜的生成,对非晶态砷酸铁的生成影响不显著。In order to improve the leaching effect of copper ore containing arsenic by bacteria,the influence of adding Ag^(+)on the bioleaching process was investigated.The changes of pH and Eh and the leaching rates of copper and arsenic in the bioleaching process were monitored under different Ag^(+)concentrations,and the leaching residue was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results showed that:under the conditions of pH value of 1.8,Fe^(2+)concentration of 0.5 g/L and Ag^(+)concentration of 5 mg/L,the leaching rates of copper and arsenic were the highest,43.8%and 6.01%respective⁃ly,after 15 days of bioleaching;In the range of Ag^(+)concentration from 0 to 7 mg/L,with the increase of Ag^(+)concentration,the contents of Fe(Ⅲ)-(sulfate),S0 and Sn2-on the residue surface gradually decreased,while the content of arsenate changed little.The addition of Ag^(+)can effectively inhibit the formation of passive films of jarosite,S0 and Sn2-,but it had no significant effect on the formation of amorphous iron arsenate.
