摘 要:以菱铁矿为研究对象,分别在N_2和CO_(2)氛围下,考察微波焙烧温度以及微波焙烧时间对焙烧产品磁选分选指标的影响。结果表明,在N_2氛围下,焙烧温度为650℃,焙烧时间为15 min,磁选磁场强度为85.12 kA/m的条件下,可以获得最佳磁选指标,铁精矿品位为63.93%,回收率为74.33%。在CO_(2)氛围下,焙烧温度为650℃,焙烧时间为10 min,磁选磁场强度为85.12 kA/m的条件下,最佳的磁选指标为铁精矿品位61.53%、回收率80.05%。菱铁矿热分解产物磁性分析表明,菱铁矿在CO_(2)气氛下的焙烧产品的饱和单位质量磁矩和比磁化率最大值均大于N_2气氛下的焙烧产品,表明CO_(2)气氛下的焙烧产物磁性强于N_2气氛下的焙烧产物。微波磁化焙烧为菱铁矿石的高效利用提供了一种新思路。Taking siderite as the research object,the effects of microwave roasting temperature and time on magnetic separation indexes were investigated in N2 and CO_(2) atmosphere.The results show that under the conditions of N2 atmosphere,roasting temperature 650℃,roasting time 15 min and magnetic field intensity 85.12 kA/m,the best magnetic separation in⁃dex can be obtained.The grade of iron concentrate is 63.93%and the recovery is 74.33%.Under the condition of CO_(2) atmo⁃sphere,roasting temperature 650℃,roasting time 10 min and magnetic separation intensity 85.12 kA/m,the best magnetic separation index is iron concentrate grade 61.53%and recovery 80.05%.The magnetic analysis of siderite thermal decomposi⁃tion products shows that the saturated magnetic moment per unit mass and the maximum specific magnetic susceptibility of the roasted siderite in a CO_(2) atmosphere are greater than those of the roasted product in the N2 atmosphere,indicating that the magnetic properties of siderite calcined in CO_(2) atmosphere are stronger than those calcined in N2 atmosphere.Microwave magnetization roasting provides a new idea for efficient utilization of siderite.
