摘　　要：在玻璃工业生产中,液氨经常被用来分解制氢,但液氨具有腐蚀性、有毒、易挥发,时有事故发生,因此应重视液氨罐区的消防措施。参考国家标准及地上式卧式储罐有关消防规定,对某玻璃厂二座15 m~3无保温卧式液氨储罐进行夏季降温及消防冷却设计,详细阐述了设计中应注意事项,加强对消防措施的定期巡检,以减少系统隐患,保障生产安全。In production of glass,the liquid ammonia is often used to generate hydrogen by its decomposing,but the liquid ammonia is corrosive,toxic,volatile,and often has a danger of accidents,so fire control measures should be taken in the area of liquid ammonia tank.According to the state standard and the fire protection regulations on the ground horizontal storage tank,the design of summer cooling and fire cooling against two 15 m3 of horizontal liquid ammonia storage tanks with non-insulating in a glass factory are carried out.In order to reduce the hidden trouble of the system and ensure the safety of production,the matters needing attention in the design is described in detail and the regular inspection of fire protection measures is strengthened.
