摘　　要：利用玻璃密度值控制图进行整个生产过程的控制,通过计算玻璃密度标准偏差值为各个工序生产过程稳定性提供控制依据,分析数据波动情况,及时查找原因,采取措施进行纠偏控制,从而实现整个生产线生产过程的稳定,达到提高玻璃产质量的目的。The whole production process can be controlled by using the glass density value control chart.By calculation of the standard deviation of glass density,the stability of each process can be evaluated,the fluctuation of data can be analyzed,and the causes can be found,some corresponding measures can be taken to correct the deviation,so as to realize the stability of the whole production line and improving the quality of glass production.
