摘　　要：《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的正式签署将推动成员国间经贸合作的纵深发展,同时催生巨大的货币交易需求。国际形势错综复杂,如何缓解对美元的过度依赖,弱化美国相关政策带来的影响是各成员国共同面临的重要问题。RCEP的签署有助于进一步激发境外人民币的真实需求,助推人民币国际化进程,而人民币的区域化、国际化也将为中国深度参与区域内价值链、产业链和供应链融合提供更全面的支持。文章基于我国与RCEP成员国货币合作的成效,通过分析RCEP签署给人民币国际化带来的机遇、挑战及影响人民币国际化的潜在机制,从而结合协定内容提出发挥人民币“货币锚”效应,稳慎推动人民币国际化的相关建议。The formal signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP)will promote the in-depth development of economic and trade cooperation among the Parties while generating huge demand for currency transactions. The international situation is complex,so how to alleviate the excessive dependence on the US dollar and weaken the impact of the related policies from US are essential issues for all the Parties to this Agreement. The signing of RCEP helps to further stimulate the real demand for RMB abroad and boost the process of RMB internationalization. The regionalization and internationalization of RMB will also provide more comprehensive support for China’s deep participation in the integration of regional value chain,industrial chain and supply chain. Based on the achievements of monetary cooperation between China and other Parties to this Agreement,this paper analyzes the opportunities,challenges brought by RCEP and potential mechanism of the influence of RCEP on RMB internationalization. Then we put forward some suggestions on how to play the anchoring effect of RMB and promote the internationalization of RMB steadily and cautiously.
