摘 要:采样断线是影响单体电池电压采样的常见故障,结合实际应用的软硬件平台,对采样断线检测功能进行了分析,提出了针对断线检测具体的应用策略,并给出了示例判定流程,以便及时发现电池采样断线的情况,防止因断线造成的单体一致性或过、欠压的误判,从而避免因误判造成的保护误动,实时保证电池组的安全、可靠运行。Sample break is a common fault effecting single cells voltage sampling.Therefore,this paper researched the sample break detection function by taking a practical software and hardware platform as an example,and proposed an application strategy to detect the breaks.Furthermore,a judging process of this strategy is presented in order to discover the break as soon as possible.This can prevent mis-operations due to the misjudgement about the fault which is a sample break instead of single inconsistency or over/under-voltage,thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of buttery set in real-time.
