摘　　要：小儿肺炎是最常见的一种儿科疾病,也是当前我国5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因之一,病毒感染是最主要的病因,临床缺乏特异性治疗手段。吴元重先生是著名中西医结合儿科专家,早年毕业于日本大阪高等医学专门学校,西学中后深入研究中医药理论,尤其擅长中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎。早在上世纪60年代,安徽地区流行小儿腺病毒肺炎,吴老与中医同道们经过近千例的临床观察,根据卫气营血理论提出小儿病毒性肺炎辨证分型体系,后又经不断完善,形成成熟、系统且独特有效的中西医结合诊疗方法,值得临床推广借鉴。Pediatric pneumonia is the most common pediatric disease,and it is also one of the main causes of death of children under 5 years old in my country.Viral infection is the main cause,and there is a lack of specific clinical treatments.WU Yuanzhong is a well-known pediatric expert of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.He graduated from the Osaka Medical College in Japan in his early years.As early as the 1960s,pediatric adenovirus pneumonia was prevalent in Anhui.After nearly a thousand clinical observations,Mr.Wu and fellow Chinese medicine practitioners proposed a syndrome differentiation system for pediatric viral pneumonia based on the theory of Weiqi Yingxue,which has been continuously improved.,The formation of a mature,systematic,unique and effective integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion.
