摘　　要：经断前后诸证是围绝经期女性常见疾病,临床表现多样,常见有烘热汗出,失眠多梦,急躁易怒等症状,严重影响女性生活及工作质量。张晓甦教授治疗该病临床经验丰富,其秉承国医大师夏桂成先生的心-肾-子宫轴理论,认为该病主要病因病机在于心肾失济,故治疗从清心滋肾入手,兼调肝脾,根据情况再分别施以化痰、逐水、利湿、行瘀等方法,临床治疗注重标本缓急,初期以清心为主,后清心滋肾并重,主次分明。遣方用药擅长运用血肉有情之品,结合"阳中求阴"理论,补阴而不滞,随症化裁。重视患者心理情绪,故临床效果显著。Before and after the certificates are common diseases in postmenopausal women,diverse clinical manifestations,common drying and sweat,insomnia,impatience and irritability,which seriously affect the quality of life and work of women.ZHANG Xiaosu treatment disease rich clinical experience,adhering to the national medicine master XIA Guicheng heart-kidney-uterine axis theory,that the main cause of the disease,so the treatment from heart kidney,and adjust liver and spleen,according to the situation to phlegm,water,wet,blood stasis,clinical treatment pays attention to specimen delay,given priority to to clear heart,after heart kidney,primary and secondary.Party medicine is good at the use of flesh and blood love products,combined with the“Yang seek for Yin”theory,fill Yin but not stagnation,with the disease.Pay attention to the patients‘psychological mood,so the clinical effect is significant.
