中药泡浴治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸的效果及对贫血的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药泡浴治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸的临床疗效及对贫血的影响。方法:选取60例新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸患儿随机分为2组,均予西医基础治疗,治疗组30例予中药泡浴,对照组30例予清水泡浴,5d为1个疗程,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)的变化。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后2组RBC、HGB、EPO值均下降,治疗组RBC、HGB下降幅度低于对照组,EPO下降幅度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:中药泡浴治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸疗效优,可推后贫血出现时间,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bathing in the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice and its effect on anemia.Methods:A total of 60 newborn infants with ABO hemolytic jaundice were randomly divided into 2 groups,all of them were treated with basic western medicine,30 cases in the treatment group were bathed in traditional Chinese medicine,and 30 cases in the control group were bathed in clear water.5 days was a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups and changes in red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin content(HGB),and erythropoietin(EPO)before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the values of RBC,HGB,and EPO of the two groups decreased.The RBC and HGB decreased in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The decrease in EPO was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant significance.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine bath has an excellent effect on the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice,and it can delay the appearance of anemia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
