针刺联合加味丹栀逍遥散治疗气郁化火型广泛性焦虑症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合加味丹栀逍遥散治疗气郁化火型广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法:选择60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各30例,治疗组予针刺联合加味丹栀逍遥散,对照组口服黛力新,治疗4周,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及中医证候量化表对2组患者治疗前、后进行焦虑程度评分,采用不良反应症状量表(TESS)对2组患者治疗后进行不良反应评定。结果:2组治疗前、后HAMA评分及中医证候量化表评分比较均有统计学差异,但组间比较无明显差异;治疗组HAMA评分临床疗效有效率76.67%,对照组73.33%;治疗组中医证候评分临床疗效有效率83.33%,对照组80%;治疗4周,2组TESS评分比较有统计学差异。结论:针刺联合加味丹栀逍遥散治疗气郁化火型焦虑症有明确疗效,且安全性更高。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder of Qi stagnation and fire transformation.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,and the control group was treated with Deanxit for 4 weeks.Hamilton Anxiety was used in the treatment group.Table(HAMA)and TCM Syndrome Quantification Table were used to score the anxiety degree of the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment,and the Adverse Reaction Symptom Scale(TESS)was used to evaluate the adverse reactions of the 2 groups after treatment.Results:The comparison of HAMA scores and TCM syndrome quantification table scores between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically different,but there was no significant difference between the groups;the effective rate of HAMA score in the treatment group was 76.67%,and the control group was 73.33%;the treatment group The clinical efficacy rate of TCM syndrome score was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 80%.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a statistical difference in TESS score between the two groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder has a clear curative effect in the treatment of Qi depression and fire-type anxiety,and it is safer.
