通阳宽胸汤对阴寒凝滞型稳定型心绞痛老年患者血管内皮功能及血脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究通阳宽胸汤对阴寒凝滞型稳定型心绞痛老年患者血管内皮功能及血脂代谢的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年1月的阴寒凝滞型稳定型心绞痛老年患者128例,随机分为2组,对照组64例给予标准化方案,观察组64例加用通阳宽胸汤,连续治疗3个月后对比2组患者的临床疗效、血管内皮功能以及血脂代谢水平。结果:观察组有效率90.63%比对照组65.63%高;观察组的一氧化氮(NO)水平比对照组高,内皮素(ET)-1水平比对照组低;观察组的血脂代谢水平包括TC、TG、LDL-C值比对照组低,HDL-C值比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:通阳宽胸汤对阴寒凝滞型稳定型心绞痛老年患者治疗效果确切,能够通过宽胸散结、行气散寒,扩张冠状动脉,降低血液粘稠度以及抗动脉粥样硬化等机制改善临床疗效、血管内皮功能和血脂代谢水平。Objective:To explore the effect of Tongyang Kuanxiong decoction on vascular endothelial function and blood lipid metabolism in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris of yin-cold stagnation.Methods:A total of 128 elderly patients with stable angina with yin-cold stagnation type from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.64 cases in the control group were given a standardized protocol,and 64 cases in the observation group were given Tongyang Kuanxiong Decoction After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function and blood lipid metabolism levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%higher than that of the control group 65.63%;the nitric oxide(NO)level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the endothelin(ET)-1 level was lower than that of the control group;the blood lipid metabolism level of the observation group included The values of TC,TG,LDL-C are lower than those of the control group, and the values of HDL-C are higher than those of the control group.The differences are statistically significant. Conclusion: Tongyang Kuanxiong decoction has a definite therapeutic effecton elderly patients with stable angina pectoris of yin-cold stagnation type. It can expand the coronary arteries, reduceblood viscosity, and resist atherosclerosis by widening the chest and dispelling congestion, promoting qi and dispellingcold. Improve clinical efficacy, vascular endothelial function and blood lipid metabolism.
