佛郁安中汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨佛郁安中汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月期间符合本次试验入组要求的60例病患,随机分为观察组30例予佛郁安中汤内服,对照组30例予西药内服,两组疗程均为6周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的临床各项症候积分、胃镜下的胃黏膜评分、治疗总有效率和复发率。结果:治疗6周后,观察组在中医症状积分、内镜下的胃黏膜评分与对照组比较有明显的降低(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率90.00%,比对照组的76.67%更优(P<0.05);观察组复发率11.1%,低于对照组26.1%(P<0.05)。结论:佛郁安中汤对于肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎患者的疗效确切,可以缓解该病证病患的痛苦,明显减轻症状,安全有效,同时复发率较低,值得临床运用及进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Foyu Anzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of liver-stomach discord.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,60 patients who met the enrollment requirements of this trial were selected and randomly divided into observation group,30 cases were given oral administration of Foyu Anzhong decoction,and 30 cases in control group were given oral administration of western medicine,two treatment courses Both are 6 weeks.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,compare the clinical syndrome scores,gastric mucosal scores under gastroscopy,the total effective rate of treatment and the recurrence rate of the two groups.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and gastric mucosa under endoscopy of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was 76.67%higher than that of the control group.Better(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was 11.1%,which was lower than 26.1%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foyu Anzhong decoction is effective in treating patients with liver-stomach discordant chronic superficial gastritis.It can alleviate the suffering of patients with this disease,significantly reduce symptoms,is safe and effective,and has a low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical application and further research.
