三拗鱼龙合剂治疗新冠肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析三拗鱼龙合剂治疗新冠肺炎的临床疗效。方法:收集阜阳市第二人民医院2020年2月8日—2020年2月21日确诊为COVID-19的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(三拗鱼龙合剂组)和对照组清肺排毒汤组。比较2组主要症状(发热、咳嗽、乏力)改善情况及症状持续时间、新型冠状病毒核酸检测连续2次转阴时间,总的住院日。结果:2组间在改善临床主要症状有效率方面没有统计学差异。2组间在发热、咳嗽症状改善时间上,观察组较对照组平均缩短1d左右的时间,2组间差异有统计学意义,但在乏力症状改善时间上2组间无差异。在转阴所需时间上,观察组较对照组时间缩短2d左右,差异有统计学意义。相应的2组在总住院日差异有统计学意义,观察组较对照组缩短1d左右时间。结论:三拗鱼龙合剂口服联合西医抗病毒支持对症治疗,与清肺排毒汤相比,可有效缓解轻型普通型新冠肺炎患者症状,但三拗鱼龙合剂在改善发热、咳嗽所需的时间较清肺排毒汤短,且能有效的缩短核酸转阴所需时间及总住院日。而且服用方便,对轻型普通型新冠肺炎患者临床中医治疗有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Sanao Yulong mixture in the treatment of new coronary pneumonia.Methods:Collect 60 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 from the Second People’s Hospital of Fuyang City from February 8,2020 to February 21,2020,and divide them into observation group(Sanao Yulong mixture group)and group according to random number table.The control group was the Qingfei Paidu decoction group.Compare the improvement of the main symptoms(fever,cough,fatigue)of the two groups,the duration of symptoms,the time for the new coronavirus nucleic acid test to turn negative for two consecutive times,and the total days of hospitalization.Results:There was no statistical difference in the effective rate of improving the main clinical symptoms between the two groups.In terms of the improvement time of fever and cough symptoms between the two groups,the observation group shortened the time by about 1 day on average compared with the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,but there was no difference in the improvement time of fatigue symptoms between the two groups.In terms of the time required to turn negative,the observation group shortened the time by about 2 days compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The corresponding difference in total hospital stay between the two groups was statistically significant,and the observation group shortened the time by about 1 day compared with the control group.Conclusion:Compared with Qingfei Paidu Decoction,the oral administration of Sanao Yulong mixture combined with antiviral support and symptomatic treatment can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with mild and common new coronary pneumonia,but Sanao Yulong mixture can improve the time required for fever and cough It is shorter than Qingfei Paidu Decoction,and can effectively shorten the time required for nucleic acid to become negative and the total hospital stay.Moreover,it is convenient to take,and has certain clinic
