摘 要:本文基于多年物理模型试验和数值模拟的经验,对大型筒仓积聚煤炭升温过程及可燃气体浓度变化规律开展数值模拟研究,以指导筒仓相关安全措施的制定和安全设施的设置。研究结果表明:热值对可燃气体浓度极值及变化规律基本没有影响,并非煤炭堆放得越多升温极值越高;对于初始温度为27℃的煤炭,堆放15天后的最大升温约为26℃(1/2载条件),煤炭最大温度约为53℃,接近温度报警阈值;考虑夏季高温的不利情况,建议筒仓长期半载情况下煤炭堆放时间不超过7天;建议在筒仓中央及侧壁拐角位置设置测温电缆,以实现对火灾的早期预警。Based on the experience in physical model test and numerical simulation for years,numerical simulation study is carried out for the process of temperature rise of coal accumulated in large coal silos and the change low of combustible gas concentration,which guides the formulation of related safety measures and the setting of safety facilities for coal silos.The study results show that the calorific value has little effect on the extreme value and the change law of combustible gas concentration.Much more coal will not result in higher extreme-value of temperature rise.For the coal with an initial temperature of 27℃,the maximum temperature rise is about 26℃(1/2 load condition)after stacking for 15 days,that is,the maximum temperature of coal is about 53℃,which is close to the temperature alarm threshold.By considering high temperature in summer,it is suggested that the stacking period of coal in silos under long-term half-load condition should not exceed 7 days.Early fire alarm can be realized by installing thermometric cables in the middle of silos and at the corners of the side wall of silos.
