摘  要:采用新型氟素整理剂PM-3622通过浸轧焙工艺对SMMS非织造布进行功能后整理。探讨了整理剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对整理效果的影响。结果表明,当整理剂PM-3622用量为60 g/L,焙烘温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3 min时,经后整理的SMMS非织造布接触角达到124.3°,耐静水压达到33.9 kPa,断裂强力和沾水等级升高,断裂伸长率、透气量均有不同程度的下降,升降程度与整理剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间有一定关系。SMMS non-woven fabric was finished by fluorocarbon finishing agent PM-3622 though processes of dip-ping,padding and curing.The effects of finishing agent dosage,curing temperature and curing time on the finishing effect were discussed.The results show that when the concentration of PM-3622 is 60 g/L,curing temperature is 130℃,curing time is 3 min,the contact angle of SMMS non-woven fabric after finishing is 124.3°,hydro-static pressure resistance is 33.9 kPa,breaking strength and spray rating increase,and the elongation at break and air permeability reduce to some ex-tent.The extent of fluctuation have a relationship to the concentration of finishing agent,curing temperature and curing time.
