色剥灵F02在CDP织物剥色回修中的应用

摘　　要：针对CDP织物回修、剥色困难的问题,探讨了色剥灵F02对CDP织物回修、剥色效果的影响。结果表明,在中性和碱性条件下,色剥灵F02用量为3~5 g/L,剥色温度为100℃时,剥色效果基本可达到CDP织物染色后的回修要求;同时,采用色剥灵F02回修、剥色对纤维顶破强力损伤小,复染方便。Aiming at the difficulty of repairing and stripping CDP fabrics,the effect of Sepeling F02 on the repairing and stripping effects of CDP fabrics were discussed.The results showed that under neutral and alkaline conditions,when the dosage of Sebeling F02 was 3~5 g/L and the peeling temperature was 100℃,the peeling effect could basically meet the rework requirements of CDP fabric after dyeing.At the same time,using Sepeling F02 to repair and peel the fiber had little damage to the bursting strength of fiber,and it was easy to counter-stain.
