预定形工艺对锦/氨弹力针织布色差的影响

摘　　要：锦/氨弹力针织布染整生产中时常发生织物颜色左右色差,左右色差是染整工厂必须克服的异常,简单分析锦/氨弹力针织布预定形的原理和预定形的必要性。热定形工艺关键因素有温度、时间、张力等,热定形除了对锦/氨弹力针织布的尺寸热稳定性有密切关系外,对锦/氨弹力针织布的染色色差、均匀程度也有直接的影响。锦/氨弹力针织布预定形工序对织物染色很关键,根据织物纤维特性制定合理的预定形温度以及保持稳定合适的张力可以预防锦/氨弹力针织布因为预定形产生的左右色差。In the dyeing and finishing process of nylon/spandex elastic knitted fabric,there is often a color difference between the left and right side of the fabric.The color difference between the left and right is an anomaly that the dyeing and finishing factory must overcome.The principle and necessity of pre-setting process of nylon/spandex elastic knitted fab-ric were briefly analyzed.The key factors of heat setting process include temperature,time,tension,etc.Heat setting not on-ly has a close relationship with the dimensional thermal stability of nylon/spandex elastic knitted fabrics,but also has a di-rect influence on the color difference and dyeing uniformity of nylon/spandex elastic knitted fabrics.The pre-setting process of nylon/spandex elastic knitted fabrics is the key to the dyeing of fabric.According to the fiber characteristics of the fabric,setting a reasonable preform temperature and maintaining a stable and appropriate tension can prevent the left-right color difference of nylon/spandex elastic knitted fabric due to the pre-setting.
