摘  要:动态同步相量测量在电力系统动态行为监测中发挥着重要作用。但是当电力系统发生故障时,故障电流中存在的衰减直流分量,会严重影响动态同步相量测量的准确性。对此,提出了一种动态同步相量测量新算法。具体实现上,将衰减直流分量近似表示成一个较低频率的动态余弦分量,再基于频域采样定理,构建含基波分量和动态余弦分量的故障电流信号模型,进而形成了相应的动态同步相量测量新算法。仿真测试结果表明,存在衰减直流分量干扰下,所提出的动态同步相量测量新算法比基于泰勒信号模型的测量算法准确,而且计算量小,适合于在线应用。Dynamic synchrophasor measurements play an important role in dynamic characteristic monitoring of power system.However,when a fault occurs,the decaying DC component in the fault current will have a detrimental effect on dynamic synchro phasor measurement.Aiming at this problem,a novel dynamic synchrophasor measurement algorithm(DSMA)is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the decaying DC component is described as a dynamic cosine component with a small frequency.And then,a fault current signal model containing the dynamic cosine component and the fundamental component is modelled based on the frequency domain sampling theorem.Finally,the DSMA is accordingly proposed.Simulation results show that,when there are decaying DC component interferences,the proposed DSMA is more accurate than the Taylor signal model-based algorithm.Moreover,the computation burden is very low,which makes the proposed DSMA suitable for practical applications.
